3. Ink & color match:
CD labels are screen-printed using U.V. curable inks. Labels may be reproduced in 4-color process or in PMS® with color match to any coated PMS® (Pantone Matching System®) color.
- CD Label color reproduction may not match print on paper color reproduction. It may also vary when viewed under different lighting sources.
- Although we will make every effort to accurately reproduce your graphics, the limitations of CD screen-printing make it difficult to reproduce dot percentages less than 15% and more than 85%. Please review your graphics and adjust them accordingly.
- A "white flood" is used to print underneath the image area to provide the most accurate color match.
- For solid or spot colors, PMS colors provide the best color reproduction.
- Print over the stacking ring may be compromised.
4. Register and Center Marks:
In order to ensure proper registration, please include register and center marks on all colors in your digital file.
5. Supplying digital
files:
We accept digital files in the popular industry standard application
for MAC and PC. To ensure problem-free and timely processing please use the
following guidelines to prepare your file(s).

- We recommend using
our Templates (see above) to prepare your graphics
- Halftone images should be scanned at 300 dpi to ensure proper output resolution. Files should be set up to 100 lpi.
- Supply all final color halftone images as CMYK
